2. What data is processed and where does this data come from?

We process your data as a participant in a prize draw we are organizing via Instagram.

The following personal data of the participants will be processed as part of the competition:

• First and Last Name
• Instagram profile name, Instagram profile picture (and, if applicable, the content of their comment)
• E-mail address

In the event of winning, the following additional personal data will be collected:

• Address
• Account details and/or PayPal details (either email address and/or registered telephone number of the PayPal account holder)

3. On what legal basis and for what purposes is the data processed?

Personal data is processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of conducting the prize draw (and thus fulfilling the contract) and for pre-contractual measures. The storage and processing of the data is necessary for administering the prize draw and notifying any winners.

4. How long will your data be processed and stored?

The personal data from point 2 will only be processed and stored for as long as necessary for conducting the prize draw and for follow-up processing (e.g., in the case of inquiries or complaints). Afterwards, it will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
